Sales Representative in Vilnius

 

Main requirements

  • Post-secondary education (college or university)
  • Successful +1 year experience in active B2B or B2C sales
  • Excellent English language skills (oral/written) is mandatory and Russian is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts and achieve aggressive sales targets for high business growth
  • Develop and maintain successful customer relationship
  • Conduct online presentations as well as presentations on customers’ premises to all levels of employees within their organization
  • Actively propose, negotiate and secure long term business through contractual agreements with customers
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding pipeline updates, forecasts and new prospects
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies when required
